Docks, Inc., is family owned and operated!

How did we get started?  My mom was our first client.  As her health began to deteriorate, we wanted to ensure she was able to maintain a decent quality of life so I began transporting her around town for her weekly beauty salon appointments, medical appointments, and most important of all her favorite fast-food restaurant, White Castle!  Every Friday, mom loved to visit White Castle for her favorite chicken sandwich and hot chocolate.  Sadly, mom passed away in 2011.  Over the next year or so we continued helping others in this same situation by starting Docks, Inc.

We manage our logistics, schedules, and operations from our head office as we serve St. Louis city and county.  Our primary clients are those who experience difficulty in leaving their home due to their medical conditions.  Our vehicles are designed and maintained to serve clients who are in wheelchairs and need assistance.  All members of the Docks, Inc. staff are trained to address the needs of our clients and are compliant with state requirements.

Certification & training include defensive driving, first aid, CPR, and other programs that promote stellar customer service.  We ensure that our staff is competent through a criminal background check, family care registry, and drug screening.  We strongly believe that hiring the best medical transportation staff can make a difference in the services that we provide.
